Back in early August, Rachel of Black Eiffel posted about David Poppie's upcoming gallery show in NYC. I immediately marked the date in my calendar and luckily was able to pop into the Pavel Zoubok Gallery just before leaving for my trip. I'm so glad I did! David's work is comprised of colored pencils sliced in half and then layered to create colorful compositions. The show is up till October 8th. Check it out if you're in town!
